JK tyre and Top Indian Automotive magazines vote the CB twister as the bike if the year 2011. The other contestants for the top award were the Tvs Jive, Bajaj Pulsar135. CB Twister ticked all the right boxes in terms of styling, easy handling and good low end torque considering that the bike was a commuter. Magazines that voted the bikes were Overdrive, Bike India, Top gear and BS Motoring along with JK tyres.
